Nopcommerce - Plugin Bug Fix and minor improvements

Project Tasks: Corrections and improvements to be done on our plugin sourec code, we don't want a new plugin to be created. -> Fix plugin erro - phone number field is getting wrong phone number from db. -> Copy/Paste phone number mask from one phone number field to another. -> Create possibility in Nopcommerce to add or select an associated affiliate, currently Nopcommerce lets you "remove affiliate" but not "add" or "change" affiliate. Once tests of plugin are approved we release 50% of the milestone the other 50% on approval of source code.
