Odoo 12 enterprise windows program that prints labels and posters through ODOO API

We have a client that uses Odoo Enterprise hosted on [login to view URL] servers. We need a windows program that uses the Odoo API to pull information from the database to a Windows application OR A web based application that is designed to print labels and shelf talkers (Pic attached) The Client uses a Zebra GK420d direct thermal printer. Pics of labels and shelftakers are attached. You can design the printer to use Either USB, Parralel or Serial ports . The serial port uses a .zpl file that is sent directly to the printer. You can choose whichever method you like to print to the printer, as long as it works. The client usually has 2 printers connected to the computer, One loaded with shelf talker labels and the other with product labels. The user must be able to set up which printer prints which label when the user selects it via a TAB in the User Interface. The barcodes on the Zebra Labels are Code 39 and EAN 13 The information about Zebra printer is here: [login to view URL] The client also wants to use the program to print on normal A4 and A3 printers on the network, Also a Epson inkjet printer where they choose a size of paper they use to make shelf talkers and shelf shouters. The user must be able to set up the program to print on the printer that is set up for the type document they want to print . They do this by using radioboxes- each assigned to a specific printer loaded with thecorrect label or paper For the normal laser print, The client wants to use different jpeg backgrounds and headers which their designer will drop onto a folder on the network that the program will be set to read from. This will change the look of the laser and inkjet prints. The user must not be able to modify the database or prices on the server in any way, but must be able to modify the description and position of the price on the program if they want to, they may change the colour of the text and font etc. All the source code, IP rights, and copywrite must be given to the client at the end of the project and all the bugs must be fixed if the client finds any. More projects will be available for the freelancer awarded this project who completes it successfully.
