We have built an internal CRM but need the CRM to be linked to the PBX, This is a description of work needed to be done. [login to view URL] will be created in Vtiger CRM & it will get created in VICIDial [login to view URL] will be created in CRM & it will get created in VICIDial At LIVE call of Inbound or Outbound, CRM screen will popup with the customer details [login to view URL] to be uploaded in CRM screen and then it can be pushed to Dialer via Export To Dialer function Export To Dialer from CRM to VICIDial [login to view URL] log Status will be updated in the CRM dialed from VICIDial 5 Create Widget of VICIDial Agent Screen which will be placed on the top portion of the CRM screen as a frame 6 All functions of the VICIDial as mentioned will be available in this widget: a. Pause/ Resume (i. Selection of Pause call) b. Park c. Transfer Call d. Hangup e. Disposition (i. Selection of Disposition) f. Manual Dial [login to view URL] an agent will do manual call or auto calls relevant lead will be opened in the CRM screen so that the agent will come to know to whom he is speaking with.

I understand all add on functionality needed by your existing CRM which includes creation of an Agent Pop up and widget to control the live calls after interfacing with the PBX. Which to my initial understanding demands an effort of 8-14 days depending on the results of requirements disambiguation. I have 18 years of experience with coding and have worked on Salesforce CTI Agent Adapter and Cloud PBX. Though I joined freelancer long ago but could not work due to full time job engagements else where. Now I am a returning coder to freelance and running a low-cost campaign to get some work initially.
