Server Database XML Backend for Customizable Games (Add Your own art)

This is a 3 part project I need a reusable method to allow my games to be customized be gamers hosting images on third party sites(NO DATA in database/blob). I want those users/gamers to be able to advertise their games for us by sharing to popular social media apps. Facebook twitter reddit [login to view URL] etc. Need a reusable code that interfaces with facebook api (for sharing), allows users to customize art assets, and provides repository to download addon files/ or game versions to existing software and or APPs. Creating a hashkey with "XML" and/or URL data to allow custom games to be saved as a QR code and/or shortlink to XML file perhaps using a URL shortener website link [login to view URL] or [login to view URL](which has QR codes built in) So game will be executed with a argv[] that is that hash which will help recreate the game like a webpage is built. (downloading parts off the web) Using a repository the user is able to download new games to the app or new flashcards (anki): Need a Repository system perhaps using XML that will allow games and other addons to be added to the game or app. For an example please use the ANKI flashcard app on mobile ANKIdroid or on Desktop and another good example of the Repository function is the (Instead Game Engine) try the mobile app NLB version.
