Translate xml or txt file base on dictionary file.

Hello, I have already looked into the solution for your project and implemented a proof of concept for translating an XML file into a dictionary. If you would like we could also have this implemented for txt or other file types. I have implemented the proof of concept using the Java technology and you could have a look over it before accepting it. My estimation would be around one day since the proof of concept is already in place and there is room for discussing further improvements. What do you think about also saving the dictionary entries in the database? This could be performed for future enhancements. Should no be too difficult using python. There are ways to speed the translating process up should the dictionary grow too big, other than that it should run fast.

It is a very simple application. We just need to create a dictionary. It wouldn't take that long and I can get it done for you in a couple of hours.

3 blocks will be required to code: 1) Reader -Reads the content -Parse -Identify format - Can be made in a generator format to optimize memory usage 2) Keyword finder - find the keyword from dictionary - identifies the keyword in input file - any other operation if required 3) output generator - writes the final output to (STDOUT/same input file/any other file) - generator type implementation to optimize memory usage Logging can also be provided if required
