Windows Application to Send Text Messages

It can be a scheduled windows having functionality as given below 1-Create Contact groups 2-Create Contact in groups 3-Create mesages 4-Assign messages to a group (that will be bound to all contacts within that group) My question is how would we send text message, will it be via email or over the network ?

I would do this with an email to text third party provided if you are ok with that as you would need an ongoing subscription. What do you mean by contact objects?

Windows app: I can make a standard desktop app that will work on a PC, or can make a Universal (UWP) app which will run on a PC and a Windows Phone. Later on, I can do some extra testing to make sure it would work on an XBox too. Server app: Since you want to schedule texts for the future, and your PC may not be turned on or be connected to the Internet at that future date, it would be good to develop a server app too, that will be online 24/7. The Windows app will inform the server app about the texts to be sent, and the server app will do the actual sending. Twilio: I would use the Twilio API to send the texts.
