Write some Software

I Use RedmineReceiveEmails[1] to receive e-mails to create support tickets. Problem is that user e-mail does not get stored or an user for the e-mail sender does not get created. I need that when my support crew reply back to the ticket (either via e-mail or via ticket itself), that the one who created the ticket receive a copy of the update as well and can do the same thing.
