Mozilla Thunderbird extension for email registration

Thunderbird extension must do following: 1. connect with webservice (wsdl will be provided) 2. read collection of \"Email registration profiles\" (\"incoming email\", \"sent email\" etc, will be defined elsewhere) 3. when user holds cursor on email and makes right-click, there should be menu entry \"Register to ...\" and there must be a list of registration profiles as sub-entries 4. when user choose certain registration profile, then email (with all attachments and headers) is sent to records management system (using webservice) and 5. certain url is opened in default browser (registration process will continue in browser in records management system) 6. registration can also be started from email - there must be button \"Register to ...\" and when clicked, list of email profiles will be seen and can be clicked 7. Add 5 hours for additional works - login, simple installer, documentation Conditions for project: 1. No initial payment 2. Two milestones: 2.1. prototype is working, I can test and register at least one email with that - 30% released 2.2. final delivery - installer, documentation and correct error handling 3. There is no hurry with results but deadline is strict and for every day passed from deadline is penalty 3% of total amount of money Please read and calculate carefully before making a bid and ask additional information in your proposal if needed.
