I have read everything from project description area & attached word document of 10 pages. I have also consulted with one of my senior technical team lead & developer, so technically speaking, we are confident that we can deliver this project, I mean you have nicely explained whole requirements but our team main concern is that our estimate coming way higher than US $1,500, so not sure if you can be flexible in it. No doubt, there are many bids within this budget range, as every bidder want to get this project, because on Freelancer website, whatever budget you will select to post the project, mostly people will bid within that budget range, no matter what actual working hours or cost it takes to develop.
