I have a set-up a simple 3 table database structure in Access 2010. I am currently working on an input form and report structure. I am looking for someone to turn it into an application that suits users with basic skills. I need to have it up and running by the end of Wednesday. Requirements are:
1. Program opens up to a single form user interface
2. The form can be used to:
a. find and modify records based on the Primary Key (2 fields)
b. add records
c. print records using either the Access Acrobat writer and email or hardcopy printer
d. Add a scanned copy of a signed hardcopy into the record (Iam not sure if I hace this set up correctly
3. There needs to be a bit of logic in adding new records. The Sequence Number which forms part of the primary key needs to increment by 10 every time a new record is added. There is another field that can only be populated if the previous field is set to No
4. The database now has structure and a Wizard generated form. I will continue working on the report format and input form and the two efforts will need to be melded back into the single application
