Require an administrative assistant for a female/foreign Senior Executive at a Technology company in Mumbai. Must be able to speak/write Hindi and English, well. Marathi a bonus.
Out-of-office Assistance:
For example:
a) home-related activities (scoping home projects, finding/sourcing reliable suppliers to complete certain home projects, coordinating with suppliers, etc.);
b) finding/sourcing help needed (e.g. tutors, Drs, etc.);
c) helping to source information on certain topics/products/services;
d) personal flight/travel bookings;
e) helping with certain NGO interests;
f) friends/family gift tracking/management;
g) organising/purchasing gifts (may involve coordinating posting also);
g) tracking/staying within budget and target goals for specific activities - as listed above or established in addition.
Etc.
(Certain activities will remain consistent, others will change. You'll need to be able to manage a to-do/priority list that your Manager will monitor with you. Training will be provided for this, if not familiar with this.)
In-office Assistance:
TBD based on out-of-office assistance experience and activities that are "virtually" suitable.
