Proxy Server Build

Look for either a price for recommendation of a open-sourced proxy server or a quote to install a proxy server in a VM environment. The things I need it to do are: * Proxy :-) * Simple access control for web sites and streaming protocols * Simple and easy reporting of usage Things that would be nice are: * Automatic email reports If possible we have a PHP based logon system, would be good if there was somecode we could put in the PHP system that could pass the username to the proxy server so they dont have to log in to the proxy server as well as our PHP based system. If this is not possible we would just set the proxy access control by IP, although not sure how that would work with DHCP. Dont really want people logging in to proxy and our PHP system, although we have LDAP running. Thanks James
