Seeking a proficient developer to create an Telegram bot engineered for automated notifications and alerts. Specifically, the bot will be responsible for dispatching alerts related to: 1. Scheduled alert 2. Updates or changes in Website Traffic Data [login to view URL] alerts if a product is available in the targeted location to those joining the bot according to the choice of the bot joiner. [login to view URL] are 8 products, meaning whether they are available on the site or not. Key Attributes of the Ideal Freelancer: -The person I deal with must speak Arabic - Extensive experience with Telegram bot development. - Proven track record with creating bots for monitoring specific data metrics. - Strong background in website traffic data. Final product needs to successfully: - Integrate with external APIs to monitor and extract website traffic data. - Generate and send scheduled reports based on available data. - Advocate quick responses through notifications for any updates or changes in the website traffic data. The software code must be strong so that it can withstand passing data to users at the same moment and not notify a group of them and others who do not receive these notifications. Please ensure you can deliver a bot with such a functionality before placing a bid.
