Sales Development Representative

Ideal candidate will, : Be super fluent in English speaking skills with clear speech, good vocabulary and correct grammar usage plus superb listening and comprehension. : Have worked for 6 months to 5 years in an international call center or similar setting. environment that required making outbound sales calls to native speakers of English. : Enjoy being on the phone 8 hours a day, 5 days a week in the EST (Eastern Standard Time). : Be available to join immediately or maximum 14 days from our selection/ offer date. : Be ready to interview instantaneously and demo a sales call during this discussion. : Be proficient at using office purpose software, tools and technologies such as the browsers, operating systems, dialing applications and spreadsheets amongst other similars. : Have a noise cancellation feature high quality headsets, own laptop with latest configuration and an uninterrupted 24*7 working mega high speed internet and electricity power backup. : Work from home or their own location. Once hired, this candidate will, : Receive proper training on the job for all the things you need to know to perform well. : Be dialing minimum 50 to around 100 or more numbers everyday. Call list will be provided. : Adhere to the script provided initially and then eventually creating own for these calls. : Generate 25 or more appointments per month. Always meet or exceed targets assigned. : Act in full discipline, sincerity and highest professionalism throughout the tenure. : Record all call outcomes in the spreadsheet and update it on real time basis without delays. : Submit the sheet before end of each work day to the supervisor. : Take feedback positively and use the same to improve quality and standards of work done. : Avoid taking any leaves from work until on probation. : Earn huge incentives on meeting and exceeding targets.
