Once hired, this candidate will,
: Receive proper training on the job for all the things you need to know to perform well.
: Be dialing minimum 50 to around 100 or more numbers everyday. Call list will be provided.
: Adhere to the script provided initially and then eventually creating own for these calls.
: Generate 25 or more appointments per month. Always meet or exceed targets assigned.
: Act in full discipline, sincerity and highest professionalism throughout the tenure.
: Record all call outcomes in the spreadsheet and update it on real time basis without delays.
: Submit the sheet before end of each work day to the supervisor.
: Take feedback positively and use the same to improve quality and standards of work done.
: Avoid taking any leaves from work until on probation.
