Selling Easy School Recruiting System

Do you have the ability to sell a simple service over the phone? We are a contractor for the leader of a Teachers Online Recruiting service. What a great time of year to start this project as most districts are now starting to recruit for September. We are looking for people to call, introduce our company and sell our services. Don't waste our time unless you really want to produce the sale. Your task is to contact school districts (HR person) to introduce a well-established online recruiting service to hire k-12 educators. This service is based on an annual fee membership of which the first 30 days is a period with the option to cancel, if not satisfied with their job postings response. Again, your task is to get the school districts to agree on an annual membership with the option to cancel within 30 days if not satisfied with the results. Once a school agrees to try our services, you will only have to collect the person’s name, title, and email address. We provide you with a web based CRM with the leads to contact the schools and your calling info material. No research, just calling. In many cases we will have already FAXed an introduction to the contact. REQUIREMENTS You must have broadband Internet connection. Must have a phone line with unlimited calling plan (such as ATT unlimited Plus Plan, $25/mth) or VOIP (like [login to view URL], or [login to view URL]). The time to contact the schools must be between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm School’s local time. This is a friendly cold call sale instead of a high-pressure cold call. Minimum 20 hours per week is required. QUALIFICATIONS Must be located in the US. English must be your first language. The account rep. must be well articulated and professional (will be dealing with highly educated professionals). Experienced in dealing with business, knowledgeable of the American K-12 School System (know who is the School Principal, Superintendent, Asst. Supt. for Personnel, type of teachers, etc). The Account Sales Representative must convey a professional attitude manner while on the phone (no dog barking in the background, no music, no children screaming or making noise). Must be self-disciplined, positive attitude and sales motivated and eager to make good money. COMPENSATION You will be rewarded with an hourly wage, plus per account fee. There is also the option for a higher commission based compensation. You will be considered a freelancer or 1099 independent contractor. We will start off with some hourly training and will then evaluate your progress. Potential for year round work. START DATE Starting date for this project as soon as possible.
