574282 Basic website builder

Has anybody ALREADY developed a basic, simple website builder or know of a basic simple open source website builder that they can set up for me? I don't want or need anything fancy. I only want a basic, simple website builder that will allow me to put together simple one page website templates quickly and publish online. I know of 5 open source site builders and I am wondering if I use them, could I build custom templates for multiple clients? 1. Text pattern 2. dotclear 3. wordpress 4. plone 5. drupal I am only interested in something that has already been developed but I am willing to entertain a bid if you have an idea that can solve my problem quickly and your price is reasonable.
