Repost: Simple Blender Game

I want to make an educational game which will be informative about some picture of a particular artist. the game has to be in blender. here is my sample [login to view URL] i want someone can do the python script for me where the player will be in front of the picture a informative data will be popup into the menu and when he finish reading this 20% will complete. Than he will go to the next picture and the next. Whenever he finished his 5th picture the game will finish. I can do 3d model, character and the intro menu and all. I just want someone can do level complete stuff and the popup menu with python scripting or with the game logic. If you need more detail please feel free to ask.
