2 animated banners (flash or jquery)

Hello, requirement : design 2 animated banners. **Banner 1 designed with flash (size : 800 * 600) :** An industrial burner which sends flame around him with lively internet links which enfallement when overflown by the mouse. The animation is to animate flames **Banner 2 (may be designed with Jquery or flash) :** Images that turn around the central image (left to right) and zoom and stop when they are rolling over.
