I have worked on several projects involving human factors, for billion dollar companies. Please Google Teutonia T-linx stroller and Peterbilt 579 interior. I worked on the Teutonia project for a year and it generated 7 million dollars in the first 6 months. I also worked on the Peterbilt interior for two years. Both projects were heavily involved with human factors. Your description is a bit vague. I would like to discuss in further detail.
