Looking for an Architect and Interior Designer for Restaurant Reposting My Project since I dnt get a Quality response last time I am looking for Architect/designer to design my South Indian Concept of Restaurant and Banquet Hall. This project is for US. Total Planned Space 7000 - 9300 SF Restaurant: 3000 -3500 SF (3500 – 4500 SF) 1. Kitchen Area 2. Dining Area (Need detail Design, interior decor etc.) 3. Lobby 4. Lighting 5. Interior Decor 6. Design, 7. Flooring 8. Etc. Should cover all aspects Banquet 3500-4000 SF 1. Interior Design 2. Should cover all aspects of Interior Design 3. Etc. Please respond with Sample relevant work you done near past and Details proposals with list of deliverables, timeline and Budget

A project of this nature should be done in two steps...First...a preliminary sketch of restaurant and banquet facility...Second...the interior decor. after approval and discussion of the layout. Relevant Skills and Experience There are no shortcuts to a project of this nature....Read in Google....depictaurant...this is how a restaurant in created. Proposed Milestones $750 USD - For final construction you will need complete working plans. Additional Services Offered $1 USD - All lighting, decor, washrooms, kitchen (to be approved) etc. Of course, accurate drawings of the property must be supplied to accomplish all of the above.
