What I want to tell you is that you can not get a 3D image from a single photo in 2D, missing too much information, and anyone can do such a thing, will have to interpret what he sees, ergo, will never be a thing done well. It usually takes up to 3 pictures and more more work But from what I see you can solve the issue by yourself, and in the best way! Sorry if I am giving you all this advice, but I think the best thing, otherwise you trim only things evil. Try to download for your Smartphones and the application of Autodesk 123D Catch, you will be back definitely helpful. It can generate good files to print your image in 3D, the only problem is that you need someone who will face about 20 photos while you're posing, then redo the picture again in 3D.
