Metal art design

I would like to have an electronic design for an art concept that I can send to a sheet metal company to laser the metal pieces / components. The idea is a staggered sheet metal with some gaps in between and spot welded on a rod. The shape of the art must be like a rhino horn (see rough drawing idea). It is basically just different size ovals in a curve to have a light at the top. The complete design must fit in 1mx1m and sheet metal of 4mm and gaps of 4mm. One major hole in the middle for a pipe with electric cord and 2 smaller holes for rods to be welded. The design must include the actual file that can be used by the sheet metal company to laser cut all the ovals and bend the rods.
