482722 Transcribe MP3 file

I have an MP3 file that I need transcribed. The file is an interview between two people, and is ~32 minutes long. Note: the interview is between two people with Indian accents, and the topic of the interview is a specific type of surgery (deviated septum surgery). So, it would be helpful for the transcriber to be knowledgeable of medical terms, and be familiar with the Indian accent. The final deliverable for this project will be a MS Word document containing the transcribed text of the MP3 file. The text must be formatted so it clearly distinguishes between the question asked by the interviewer, and the answer given by the interviewee.
