Call Center Application and Project Requirements Document

I will provide you with a basic project description which you will then elaborate in detail and then build the application. You will pick the best language for the app - java and linux are preferred and it may need a database. Applicants who are able to create a project description draft and/or software demo will be given preference. I do not make advance payments. I have attached a draft of my requirements, download it.
