Within IQ prize there is also a pdf document that needs to be translated. The footer contains the following items to be translated: About us, Terms, privacy Policy, Jobs, FAQ. The privacy policy is already translated but needs to be checked. Emails For the emails there is a folder with all the different emails in text format. You please need to translate the content making sure that the formating is not changed. Language files The main part of the translation is in the language files. The language files are orderd by section; there is one for groups messages, profile etc. To translate each file you should go to each section of the site to make sure you understand where you are located. However we already had a freelancer translated about 25% of the language files so that you need to check and correct and only translate 75% from scratch. Drop down menu A special mentioning to the drop down menus. The drop down menus should not be translated word by word but so to make sense. For example while in the US you might have in the drop down menu for Sports popular US sports like baseball, for Latin America you would have popular Latin American sports like soccer. However we already had all of the drop downs translated once so you just need to check and correct.
