Twitter API Tool

I have a list of several thousand twitter users of interest to me "interesting accounts" I need an application to retrieve all the Friends of interesting accounts and extract only those Friends that are also interesting accounts For example, if my list were Spanish speaking twitter users, the application will generate a mysql table with a row for each Spanish speaking user, a column for the number of Spanish speaking Friends, and columns for lists of Spanish speaking Friend account names and lists of Friend account id's. The application needs to comply with Twitter API rate limits The list of interesting accounts will have to be submitted in batches Some twitter accounts may require multiple requests to retrieve all their friends I want the application to be completed in PHP as a web app using cron OR as a JAVA application I can run in Tomcat Regardless of language the application should utilize MYSQL for the database In your quote let me know if you will only require the list of accounts in a file, OR if you need a server setup with mysql and a database for development Let me know if you have any questions before bidding Please do not bid if you do not have prior experience working with the Twitter API
