Having issues With Mac Terminal

Hello I restored my mac to factory settings and I already installed node on my mac but im trying to start up a old project by doing "npm run watch" but im running into issues. Im using a starter kit from here [login to view URL] I decided to start over and follow the steps on the starter kit but it is not working. All i want to do is just use "NPM run watch" and view my work
