I need some User Interface design for my property inspection app

We have a working property inspection app but we need to have the look and feel of it radically improved. At this stage, we are only looking to make the design better, not the flow of the app. It is boxy and not very inviting at present. Notes: * We would like the style to be as good or better than that in the swipe help image example attached. * There are at maximum 15 icons. We need them to be in a uniform style. * There are at maximum 15 app pages to create designs for. None are more complex than the screenshots examples attached. * The users of the app are mostly women between the ages of 22 and 35. You will be given access to the app upon being chosen.
