We want to create a recurring premium membership option on our forum. The forum is built on vBulletin. This project would be more than the standard 'premium membership group' option in the vBulletin settings. We would like premium members to: +Be able to hide display advertising (AdSense) +See more replies per page +Have larger avatar images +Have their name color changed Users who sign up for the service will be billed every 4 months. We would like to be able to charge through credit card or paypal. Candidates should write an explanation for how they would approach handling our project (not a canned response). Find the project sales page attached (.pdf) We prefer USA based candidates.

Hello! I've been working with vbulletin software for 10+ years and I'm confident I can modify things for you to your liking. I'm in the US (near philly) so I could even talk on the phone if you want. Three of your requirements can be done with the stock vbulletin subscription system, usergroups, and conditionals in templates. The replies per page will require some modification, which is within my abilities. The payments can be handled through Paypal and 2co, which I'm familiar with. If anyone bids on this saying you need a custom system to handle everything then you're probably wasting your time (and money) and they haven't worked with vbulletin that much in the past. These are all sites that I own and have been heavily modified either through templates, available modifications, or custom modifications (some completed by me and some through outside contractors. What is your forum version? is it vB 4.x? I'll create a new usergroup and plugin to hide your ads if user is belong to this usergroup, also the plugin will allow admin to choose the maximum replies per page, Also you'll able to change the avatar size. I recommend using the build-in vBulletin subscription system.
