VB.NET Function

VB.NET Function visual studio 2019 .net framework 4.7.2 I need a function that will take a parameter as a list of file path and names in a list(of string) object. It will return a list(of string) with all the files except one based on largest size, then last moddate, then either one. Meaning, it will not return one file that is the biggest size, earliest mod date. I am looking for quick turnaround, fully tested and clean code. If you have questions or anything is unclear, please let me know before the project starts. Regards
