I'm looking for a IPTV solution panel with same features as XTREAM CODES but It will be necessary to be a peer-to-peer so clients will seed and be feed by other costumers instead of only coming from the servers. - Its extreme necessary that panel could create lines m3u MPEG-TS so costumers with smartvs are able to access.
