I am seeking an experienced video editor who can manage the task of turning my YouTube REACTION videos, which are typically over 1 hour long, into compelling shorts/reels. This is a long term position for the right person. I need you to choose the most interesting bits, no overly fancy editing. VERY IMPORTANT TO CHOOSE EXCITING MOMENTS FROM VIDEO. Project Details: - You will be provided with up to 3 videos for a start (up to 40 secs in length), each youtube video is longer than 20 minutes. - The videos consist of educational reaction content that needs to be succinct in shorts/reels form. - A strong understanding of storytelling and the instructional video niche will be key. Skills & Experience: - Expertise in video editing and storytelling. - Experience working with educational or instructional video content. - Ability to work within strict timeframes. - Keen attention to detail. - Strong understanding of YouTube's shorts/reels formats and regulations. Your role will be instrumental in repurposing our educational material into an engaging, digestible format. Please provide examples of your previous work, specifically showcasing your aptitude for turning long duration videos into short forms.
