The original video captures the official recognition and acknowledgment of new ministers in a coalition government involving New Zealand First National and ACT. Scope of Work: 1. Video Segmentation: The freelancer will need to segment the provided 50-minute video into multiple shorter clips. Each clip should feature an individual National Party MP. 2. Specific Instances to Capture: • Instance 1: Each clip must include the moment when the National Party MP acknowledges their presence by expressing their commitment to the sovereign. • Instance 2: Each clip must also include the segment where the key official recognizes the MP, leading up to a photo opportunity with the new Prime Minister, Christopher Luxon. 3. Folder Organization: The clips should be organized in a structured folder system. Each MP will have their own folder containing their two specific video instances. 4.
