Video Editor for quick turn around webisode editing

My business partner and I are creating an online video blog about nightlife, club culture and our bizarre everyday lives. We want to film these episodes on the fly and provide raw footage to be edited into webisodes. The critical element to this is the turn around, sometimes we will be filming and require the 2-3 minute episodes turned around within 24 hours. We are looking for someone with editing and producing experience that understands the look and feel we are trying to recreate. They must work quickly and understand the nature of what we are doing. Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Receive raw film footage via dropbox and transform into editable content - Develop production strategy with myself and business partner - Turn raw footage into engaging video content - Provide to us for online distribution - Contribute suggestions or ideas to improve branding and messaging Your qualifications: - Strong grasp of Video Production principles, such as filming, editing, storyboarding, videography, digital video, compression, and transcoding. - Compelling portfolio that demonstrates your video production experience - Primary skill: Video Production - Additional skill(s): Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier, Sony Vegas - Ability to work with constructive criticism as well as adhere to deadlines - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - A complete Freelancer profile - References or an established reputation on Feelancer preferred
