Greetings Sir! In this very serious task I would go for a script to be created based on the information you attached. I think this subject would not be ideal to made by animations rather taking as much photos or even footages as possible underlining the reality of the problem. Some videos might need to be created by us - for example the ones introduce what and how to do points. I would consider a serious voice talent making even more marked the message. Some music may be used at some parts. If you was thinking in the whole story, I guess to create a 6-8 minutes film of it. Please take a look at my profile! Regards: Gabor
