I have a still image of a statue (attached). I need 2 video clips produced at the highest quality possible that feature the following effects animated onto the still image: - Glowing. I'll settle for a halo around the statue but I'd prefer if the glow somehow seemed to originate from within the statue itself. (clip 1) - Crying. Animated but as realistic as possible tears falling from the eyes of the statue (clip 2) I think I have a higher resolution of the photo somewhere if you should need it. The video clip dimensions will need to be large as the final video will be in HD. I'd rather have to shrink the clips to fit than enlarge them. Thanks!
