This is a long term guaranteed hours, very easy account with minimal budget. Your main job is to answer customer queries via ticketing system like WHMCS and Zendesk, some chat, and some phone support is also required. Secondary job is to do reports using MS Excel and MS Word as well as Google docs so you must be proficient with these apps. Reports will be assigned by a Team Leader.
You must be committed to working long term as training is provided and paid. It is only $2/hour any bid above that will not be considered. Can be 8 hours a day or 4 hours a day. 6-7 days a week.
