Customer Service Manager

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN MANAGE A TEAM. REQUIREMENTS: We require an advanced program manager that also has experience managing social media accounts, profiles & communities (including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Google +), managing teams of freelancers and reporting back to the company owners. Although starting part time we expect you to build this to be a full time position RESPONSIBILITIES: * You must have good experience of handling teams of freelancers. * You will be tasked to help us build an team for our company. You will start from scratch, so you have to be very proactive, talented, smart, and resourceful. * You are expected to build your position to become full time. * You must know how to hire people from freelancer.com and you must be very good at screening highly competent and skillful agents for your team. * You must be a leader, a decision maker, an analytic thinker. *You will be able to take instructions then issue directions to a member of the team Skills required Advanced Virtual Assistant/Team Leader/Management Experience Social Media Marketing + Managing Microsoft Office Must have a commanding use of English Ability to clearly articulate Google Calendar Excel WORK ETHIC: Self Starter/Self Motivated Professional Punctual Dedicated/Committed Long Term Honesty / integrity Forward thinking and highly motivated to perform well.
