We are an online Talkshow based on discussions related to the Esports and Gaming industry. We have done 3 episodes so far and rapidly growing into more episodes. Initially we are focused on creating audience based on the show itself, but very soon we are looking forward to implementing new initiatives in the Esports industry. We are looking for an all-rounder Virtual Assistant who can rapidly take up management roles as soon as possible. The first goal will be to grow our reach into the Industry by implementing various strategies which will be discussed later on. An ideal candidate would have:- - Extensive knowledge of all the social media platforms, mainly LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and will be responsible for growing all the social channels. - Should be willing to take up more responsibilities as the team grows and should be a great Leader. - Ability to hire and manage people. - Ability to execute and implement new strategies. - A fast-paced highly versatile in nature, ready to take up rapid changes in plans. - Experience growing social media accounts like YouTube, IG, facebook, would be a plus. - AND MUST HAVE interest in the Gaming industry. This would be a top higher Management role and hence, there will not be a fixed salary. It would be on a profit sharing basis + we can also setup milestones on certain target achievements.
