You’ll be required to assist in usual everyday research and admin related tasks. If you have experience using google docs, google sheets or project management tools such as Asana, it would be an advantage. We would be giving preference to a Mandarin speaker. I’m familiar with the tools mentioned - Google Docs and Google Sheets. Haven’t tried using Asana but have used other project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. I’m a digital marketer with experience managing websites such as Wordpress, Shopify and Drupal CMS, I believe that would help me to better work for e-commerce websites.

Hi, Q1: No. Q2: 20 hours per week. 8am - 12pm (Singapore Std Time) Q3: Previous experience working with a start up company and was responsible for daily data entry task, web research, updating social media post, create poster for social media promotional purpose, and other miscellaneous tasks as and when required. Tools used in these projects are Google docs, MS excel, Canva, and InVideo. Other freelance work that I've done were data comparison projects with Supahands and audio transcription work with Appen. Drive. I've read through the project description and it really resonates with me. I have previously worked as an office administrator, and have done multiple tasks as stated in the answer to question 3. Prior to that experience I was a production planner for multiple MNC in the manufacturing field for 18 years.
