61225 Web Design

We need a web site built. We have the design as finished artwork (attached) as a multi-layered photoshop file. We need a CMS (you recommend one) installing on our server, and the CMS configured to look like the attached design. The site needs to have a forum (you recommend the software) The site needs to have a gallery. User's can upload pictures, we need to moderate them, then they go live. The graphic at the top is to be a flash animation. Car drives on, light in flash, dogs approach car, car jiggles. I would also like some SEO work done on the site.
