In my previous role I worked with QuickFIX although I've not worked with ODL. With QuickFIX you'll most likely require a static IP address and the provider would need to whitelist it and provide you with credentials. You'll also need to host QuickFIX in the country of the provider / you'll require a hosting provider. I would need to know the number of API's that are being called like quote, order, cancel, etc. as each of these would need to be tested with the provider. Overall I do not believe I could complete this work in 7 days (simply whitelisting the IP by the provider could take days).
