Description I Need VB winform source code that can do 1. Upload design data (PDF file) to File server via network / internet 2. Download design data (PDF file) from file server via network / internet 3. Create Thumbnail for project preview maybe in datagrid Background This program use for file management system, so every designer that finish the project should upload design to file server via aplication. But the restriction the designer cannot access directly to the file. If They need revision, they need to download the file first (via application) and do the revision on that file and at the end they should upload the final data. Another feature we can get a preview about the file (thumbnail) without access the file directory but using the application.

I have a similar program already written using Visual Basic 2010 that acts as a media center. I can quickly customize it to work with upload and download of pdfs only and then submit that to you with source code.
