Female VO Announcer for Documentary Series

I am looking for a professional Female Voiceover Announcer just for the "bumpers" and "Previously On..." for a Documentary Series. The whole script is maybe 5 minutes tops.. The ideal candidate should have an authoritative tone and the ability to engage the audience effectively. We expect professional, experienced talent for such a price. That means you already understand this sort of job is never awarded without an audition of the project material, and you already have a reel which is either linked in your profile or which you send us a link to with your submission. Please also include your resume including where and from whom you've received formal voice acting coaching. If you're not sure what a 'reel' is, and particularly, if you're confused as to why we're offering $250 when plenty of "services" are bidding only $30--if it looks to you like I'm the one who "doesn't get it" and if I come across to you as a sucker about to pay $250 for something the going rate for is only $30 to $50, please trust me that I do have a full and complete understanding of this, and if this was your line of thinking, I'm pretty sure already that you're not a match for the project. You must have your own equipment and be able to submit studio-quality 44.1khz .WAV audio. I'm not experienced with Freelancer.com, and my initial impression after a few early replies is that most of you are not familiar with the casting process used for professional video. You have to submit an audition. Telling me you are "qualified" and want the job without submitting an audition is an instant disqualification from consideration. Yet it also seems that Freelancer doesn't even offer a reasonable mechanism for audition submission until I start a chat with you. So please respond saying "I would like to audition", and I'll reply to the chat inviting you to send me your audition there. We'll need .WAV for the final cut, but if you want to send the audition on .MP3, that's fine Rights: We are buying the right to use your submitted recording in perpetuity. There are no residuals or other payments beyond the initial payment. UPDATE: Most auditions are missing the desired delivery, so I made a short .MP3 in my own voice demonstrating the desired pace of delivery.
