Spanish/English Chat. Web traffic.

I need 30 permanent links and also 5000 unique visitors for site for 5-6 days (1000 daily)and out of those visitors at least. Visitors should speak mostly Spanish but English and/or French is also acceptable. -Traffic has to be targeted -Must be real traffic, High Quality Trafic. -Traffic generation must be ethical. Nothing that would get me or the site in trouble. -Traffic must not be "Junk Traffic" this will be monitored by a 3rd party tracking system. -Traffic should come from blogs, blog posts, articles, article posts, social bookmarking, linking, forum posts, etc. Any other legal and ethical method will be considered. DOs -One way (non reciprocal) high-quality relevant permanent links. -One link per domain only -Linking page must not have more than 20 existing links per page -All links must be indexable by Googlebot -Linked Page should be navigated directly from the sites homepage -All work shall be performed in an ethical (white hat) method - No spam emails -Link page should be only from Spanish language sites DO NOT -No Black Hat SEO. -No comment links -No automated submissions, (all links must be manually submitted)
