60 PR4+ links needed

I need 60 PR4+ links to 3 different websites, which means you need to get only 20 PR4+ websites and place 3 different links there. - Links can not be reciprocal. - Links have to be permanent. - Only ethical correct links accepted. (no link farms, etc.) - 40 Maximum Links on linking page. - All links must be UK related I will want a Links placement report (eg: Excel spreadsheet with detailed information about the links) I´ll pay immediatly once Links are placed.
