206202 Redesign - 1 Page HTML/CSS

Hi, I am looking for someone to redesign a current 1 page website template from table/basic HTML to CSS Apart from the structural conversion to CSS I would also like the look and feel refreshed to a lighter more 2.0 look an feel. That is it, for someone who knows what they are doing this should be very easy and quick to do. This is one of around half a dozen projects which I am looking to outsource, these include website redesigns, an ecommerce site, a dynamic content driven site and more. Ideally I would be looking one person or a company who have the skills required who could also take on these projects if this simple redesign works out.
