69403 Simple Clone UDATE

Simple Clone I would like a clone of the site www.linnmaggs.co.uk. This is an accountancy site. What i require is a complete clone, (maybe change colours slightly, and use different photographs). I will supply all the text and the graphics. Designer needs to be contactable via e-mail. On completion, complete copyright will pass over to me. Will pay after it is up and running on my server via escrow. Please quote your bid on a complete project cost from start to finish, and not on an hourly scale.
