Web Develpoment with Ecommerce

We are looking for someone to create a site for one of our clients in the power sports repair and parts sales industry (motorcycles, ATV, dirt bike, apparel). The site needs to have the ability to showcase his repair facilities as well as have the ability to sell parts and apparel. There are also multiple product catalogs made by large distributors ( parts unlimited, western power sports, tucker rocky & KNL) that will need to be incorporated into the site. The above site mentioned has a horrible design, for our site we are looking to have a modern web 2.0 look which conveys the service and sales aspects of the business at the same time. For the ecommerce, the client will need back end access to be able to login and add/edit inventory (program can be purchased if needed) and the ability to integrate his drop ship companies. The client would also like a search function in his product sections. I am unsure of the time/costs involved, please bid according to the description of work and services.
