UI design in photoshop

Im looking for 4 to 8 UI pages designed based loosly around images I will provide. and using main background graphic of the front end page design which I will provide. I want someone with imagination and great design flare, this project need to be delivered by monday the 5th so dont bid if you can't complete.. See sample page wire-frame to show me what you can do with a sample design. Max budget for this is 50usd --- so don't bid if your looking for more. All images will need to be full layered psd files that will allow all images to be changes at any time. will also require a png copies of the ui designs.
